Tonny Restaurant 利宝饭店(Cantonese Cuisine)

For 30 years in Singapore, Tonny. restaurant has a traditional image but the chef Tonny introduced sophisticated and contemporary dishes suitable for young and elderly people. "Today, more than ever, people like to eat different type of creative dishes."
Tonny says, I am a creative person, I like to cook dishes that's different from others.


Crispy Yam with Truffle Oil,  Tonny explained he has spent a lot of time to get this Crispy Yam with Truffle oil right, The yam is thin grated and deep fried, he will pour the truffle oil just before service. It's a pleasing appetiser. All ages love this dish.


Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon. Make of fresh scallop, fish roe wrapped up by a crispy wanton skin. 


Double Boiled Shark's Head Soup with chinese wine, very tasty soup without MSG.


Braised Crocodile Fin with Abalone Sauce,  when you chew on, it's like maw soft and tender. It has very high collagen. 


Indulge in the crab porridge, the salted eggs enhanced the flavour. The freshness of the crab was further enhanced the smooth taste of the porridge.
 


Pan Fried Pumpkin Cake, this is another dessert Tonny has created with pumpkin and sesame. You can taste the authentic way of pancake.
