Good Trio Restaurant, (三 人 行)

The Good Trio Restaurant, (三 人 行)
The dishes here are luscious, simple, creative and not expensive but of quality. The chefs have created the dishes diligently with great ideas.

However the services need to be strengthened, hence the chefs has spent a lot of efforts and times to create the dishes therefore the waiters need to explain the characteristics of each dish and the way to eat?


I have checked with the lady boss the characteristics of each dishes as I have explained below, 


Deep Fried Corn Fish,
When you first see the dish, you probably might have thought that's a corn?? It's a sea bass, the chefs have diligently cut and fried, till the skin is crispy, still able to maintain the tender of the meat and lastly coat the fried fish with their special made sauce before service.


Nanping Braised Noodle, 
The noodle is made in the kitchen by the chef, the broth is boiled for 6 hours with older chicken (hen), pork bone, It's tasty.


Stew Pot Chicken with Mushroom Soup. The soup is boiled with Goji, kampong chicken, their special herbs & five (5) different types of mushrooms.
I was told to synchronize in drinking the soup and eating the chicken together. 


Stir Fried Yam with Sesame dish.
This dish has to eat while it's hot but it'll burn the tongue. Therefore we need to dip the fried yam into a bowl of water before we eat. However, when it less hot you may eat the fried yam directly. 

I really like this restaurant and like all the food that we have ordered.
