Lunch @The Waterfall, Shangri-la hotel,

Authentic and unique Southern Italian cuisine, the fresh seafood, handmade pastas,

And was told that the recipes, are from the Chef de Cuisine Marco De Vincentis.

There's buffet, for cheese, dessert, salad and pasteries.

My feedbacks were, 
-the Fagioli Lannellini soup is clear and tasted the bean paste, I like this soup.
- however, the pasta, the texture I prefer a little softer because when I bite. I could feel the flour texture maybe you want to come and try yourself. 
- the seafood is not the best grade. 
That's my take.
