Day 4, 20 hours Pork Bone Both.

Day 4, Ramen noodles, at Bone Daddies, Kensingston High Street. It's cooked by Londoners.

The broth is typically simmered with pork bone for a long period of time 20 hours. It is very light in flavor, thin in texture and rich in protein.

This coconut ice cream, coated a layer of mochi, mochi is Japanese rice cake made of mochigome, a short-grain japonica glutinous rice. The rice is pounded into paste and molded into the desired shape. In Japan it is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki.
At Bone Daddies has to eat with chopstick not spoon. @£1.25
