Day 1, Travel to Korea

Greeting from Korea @ Busan, I had my breakfast @Private room SilverKris. SilverKris always have good reputation for food, a generous and wide variety of delicious choice. They changed their menu quite regularly, the last time I had the Mee Pok noodle but today, I have the braised beef brisket with rice noodles, the meat is tasty but I prefer it to be stewed more tender, beside these you may chose others from the menu, which is very delicious too.

I have my lunch after I wake up, and the light was dark as everyone was sleeping, I can't use my flash light to take  the photos.
Foie Gras Terrine with Greek style vegetables, white balsamic vinaigrette.

Double Boiled Chicken Soup with sea whelk, wei shan and cordyceps flower
Salad Walnuts with Extra virgin olive oil and forvm cabernet dressing 
Lightly salted Black Cod Poached with semi dried tomato, artichokes, asparagus and basil mayonnaise and after, 
I was quite full therefore I have my dessert later.
Mango Sorbet, Raspberry sorbet, vanilla ice cream, Long black coffee. 

I have been traveling the whole day, since this morning 6am from Singapore to Incheon airport for 6 hours and another 1 hour domestic flight to Gimpo airport, Busan, reached at about 10pm, was very tired, will
share more tomorrow.
