New Year's Eve Countdown to 2016,

This year New Year's Eve Countdown to 2016, we decided to be at ME@OUE,  it was a relaxing evening while we watched the fireworks. For the past years, we had our dinner at nearby Restaurants, Morton The Steakhouse@Mandarin Oriental, Ba Xian Tower Club@Republic Plaza, CUT by Wolfgang Puck@Marina Bay Sands after our dinner we had to rush to CÉ LA VI club (KuDeTae) before the road closed, we and our drivers were stressed as everyone were rushing through the closing gate in the long car queue.
Probably you will ask me why not stay at home to watch ? But I must tell you the feeling would be different as you ushered the countdown with  the firewood, family & friends.

ME@OUE this place boasts a great view of Marina Bay, and it's slick enough to leave an impression. Usually there are three kitchens Chinese, French and Japanese but as its New Year's Eve their menu is set dinner, However due to our relationship with the management, the chef could do Pomfret to Cod Fish (Braised) and Pigeon can be replaced to Kung Pao Beef (Chinese Style)

Avoid These that Make Me Fat......like Scales, Mirrors # Singapore Blogger

I Try to Avoid Things that Make Me Fat......like Weighing Scales, Mirrors & Photographers, so you must watch how to eat healthy the 4 share portions.

7 steps to a healthy complexion.

You How to maintain a healthy complexion and look glowing.

1) Get into a routine of cleansing
the face, twice a day with your optimal product, it will fight many of the most common skin problems and leave your face feeling healthy and looking great. Deciding which to use really depends on your skin type and acne severity. More sensitive skin you may need a gentler product wherelse less sensitive skin may require a harsher product to see results

2) Take care of facial hair, like our eyebrow lines neat, upper lip hair and chin hair groomed. To trim eyebrows, meet with a professional who can wax or pluck your eyebrows. They really do the best job, and will make sure that you don't take too much off, as this can lead to problems in the future. If you want to do it yourself, take a washcloth soaked in hot water and press it onto the area where you are about to remove the hair. Then remove the few stray hairs with tweezers. Do this every night before bed for best results.

Do this every night before bed for best results.

3) *Make sure to drink lots of water. Your body needs plenty of hydration during the day to keep removing wastes and oils your face. You probably need to drink eight glasses of water a day or to know how many litres of water, you should be drinking each day? The formula is to take your body weight in kg and multiply that number by 33, (example your weight is 50kg x 33= 1650 litres.)

4) Exfoliate. If dead skin cells are just hanging out on your face, they're not reflecting light. It's important to slough off these dead skin cells in order to get rid of any dullness. While physical exfoliants are fine, try a chemical one like a glycolic acid wash or peel. An exfoliating wash should be used two or three times a week to brighten skin, just make sure to not overdo it lest your skin be left irritated and red. Once a week should be plenty.

5) Don't touch your face. Many people have bad habits of messing with acne or leaning their face on their hands. Your hands have oils on them that will clog pores, increasing blemishes. Dont pop pimples or interfere with anything facial, though it may seem like it will make it better, it actually makes it much worse and instead of dealing with one or two days pimple you now have a two week long project. Another tips you need to take note is changing your pillowcase often as the oils linger on the fabric, getting on your face during the night.

6) Take care of your lips. Use a lip hydrator often and make sure to moisturize your lips. A simple way to do this is to rub a sugar-and-water solution on them and then moisturize, as the sugar removes dead cells and rejuvenates the lips. Keep a stick of lip moisturizer on you at all times and use throughout the day. Be careful not to use too much Chapstick though. Your lips can literally get addicted to the chemicals that prevent/heal chapped lips; they will stop making that chemical themselves.

7) Protect your face from the sun by using sunblock every day. Ultraviolet rays will damage your skin over time and it's essential that you protect your face from harmful radiation. Use a good sunscreen or makeup with sunscreen in it, even a little, before going out. Another way to protect yourself is to wear clothing that will cover you, like a hat.

*Hope my sharing is useful to you.

7 steps to maintain a healthy complexion.

7 steps will help you to maintain a healthy complexion and look glowing.

1) Get into a routine of cleansing it. Twice a day with your optimal product will fight many of the most common skin problems and leave your face feeling healthy and looking great. Blemishes on your face can be combated by either the use of a product or an organic solution. Deciding which to use really depends on your skin type and acne severity. More sensitive skin may need a gentler product, while less sensitive skin may require a harsher product to see results.
2) Take care of facial hair. This ensures a fine facial structure and clean look. Keep your eyebrow lines neat, upper lip hair and chin hair groomed. To trim eyebrows, meet with a professional who can wax or pluck your eyebrows. ANATOMY and PHYSIOLOGY

Anatomy deals with the 'structure' of living things and Physiology deals with the 'functions' of living things. To understand the way the body works one must study all the systems of the body. In order to do this the body has been divided into ten systems:
1) Skin (integumentary) System, 2) Skeletal System, 3) Muscular System, 4)Nervous System, 5) Cardiovascular System, 6) Respiratory System, 7) Digestive System, 8) Endocrine System, 9) Urinary System, 10) Lymphatic System and Immune System.
Before we begin to understand how our body parts work, we must first understand that our body is made up of cells and we have nearly 100 trillion cells in our body,

1) Skin (integumentary) System
This is the largest organ of the body and is about 2 square metres in size and 3 to 6 kilos in weight. It is made up of two layers, the epidermis and the dermis. The epidermis is the outermost layer which has only the melanocytes (the cells that make the colour of the skin)

2) Skeletal System

The skeleton is the frame that holds our body up and gives us the upright shape. We have 350 bones as a child and 206 as an adult. This happens because many bones fuse together as we grow. The bone is made up of hard minerals like calcium and phosphate and 99 per cent of calcium in our body is stored in bones. Apart from supporting our body and keeping it upright, the skeletal system also protects our vital organs. For example, the skull protects the brain; the chest bones (ribs) protect the heart and lungs; the hip bones (pelvis) protect the pelvic organs rectum, urinary bladder and the uterus (in females).
The skeletal system allows for various movements that man is capable of. It is also a store house for minerals especially calcium, magnesium and phosphate. In addition to that, the skeletal system produces blood cells in the bone marrow that are present in the flat bones (skull, chest and pelvic bones) in adults and long bones (humerus, femur) in children.
Bones are joined together to form joints e.g. shoulder joints, elbow joints and hip joints. These joints are held by strong stretchy bands called ligaments. The ends of joints have a smooth white, shiny surface called cartilage, which acts as shock a Joints are lubricated by a fluid to allow smooth movement. Joints help us to bend, swivel, stretch, pivot and point and perform more than one kind of motion.

3) Muscular System
4)Nervous System
5) Cardiovascular System
6) Respiratory System
7) Digestive System
8) Endocrine System
9) Urinary System
10) Lymphatic System and Immune System

Please let me know how many topic/systems do you want me share per day? Today I share 2, pls advise ?

What can I contribute back to society ?

Time passes too fast, I missed those days when I was having fun with my University mates preparing for our projects and examination. It was hectic yet fulfiling, my usual practice was to study at the nearest university at SIM and sit in the study room in their small cubicle partition from early morning to evening everyday to prepare for my examination. I remembered crying a lot during my revision as I can't remember the notes and it was not easy to comprehend. I was not sure was it because I have finished school quite some time and I was not able to absorb fast and take in that much. During that period of time I was very scared but my hard work paid off eventually, after countless days of studying I have passed my examination with distinction as a certified wellness consultant. With this qualification, I promise myself that I will share my knowledge and help people who need most.

    My happiest moment.

    Ready to ervice you.

Now I could service you better with more knowledge.
