What is holistic wellness about?

A holistic wellness is the study of the anatomy of a human body, Prevent disease and live in a healthy lifestyle by Eat Healthy, Exercise and Sleep well.
How to Eat Healthy?
Eating healthy is crucial to maintaining good health. Arm yourself with knowledge and you are halfway there. Eating healthy is not as a sacrifice, but more as an opportunity for self-improvement. 
Choose the right carbohydrates. Simple carbs like sugar and flour, eat these in moderation. Complex carbs include whole-grain flour, oats, and unprocessed grains, like brown rice. These foods are usually higher in vitamins and other nutrients that are beneficial for the body, and they are higher in fiber. 
Wholemeal bread

Eat lean protein. Protein helps us to build muscle and gives you the lasting energy throughout the day. Some examples of healthy proteins include lean fish, chicken and duck breast meat, bean and nuts.

Vegetables and Fruit, eating a diet rich in vegetables and fruits as part of an overall healthy diet may reduce risk for disease, including heart attack and stroke.

I practice 4 portions type of food on my daily plate, that consist of carbs, protein, vegetables and fruits.
