My latest indulgence dining at Akari Japanese Dining Bar. Our dishes were prepared by Chef Hirotaka Murata from Tokyo who has more than 20 years of culinary experience. Beautiful presentation and very fresh Deluxe Assorted Sashimi.

The cubes of sashimi of fish and meats are fresh and succulent.
On the whole it was a wonderful dining experience ranging from the service provided to the quality of the dish.

Myself prefer the elderly Tonic Soup, This tonic soup is very good for elderly and children. This soup base is gently simmered to extract as much nutrients from the bones of an chickens, The long cooking time release vitamins, collagen and nutrients that are good for us. It has its instinctively chicken taste.

I like this unique Emperor Romance, lychee and Martini cheesecake it melt-in-my-mouth and slightly creamy. It is topped with fresh tropical lychees and chiffon-light cream. It has a seductive looks and really taste a luscious lychee blended with an amazing Martini.

Another creative traditional cheesecake is Paws of Fury, the yuan-yang (coffee and tea mix). This dazzling dual-layered cheesecake is three parts Espresso and seven parts Hong Kong style milk tea.

Losing weigh will be a constant battle for me to fight for my rest of my life. I lover not a fighter. I love cheesecake.

A rich soup, a flesh fish, a saddle of poultry, this is a dinner fit for a king

The kampong chicken soup aroma is tantalizing.

Coconut Chicken Soup, 
This is a clear broth based on fresh coconut juice with sweet and a refreshing coconut flavour. The kampung chicken was tender and has its naturally sweet and the vegetables are put together to boil for 7 minutes then it's ready to eat. 

Fish Head Steam Pot 鱼头炉, 
fresh Red Snapper fish head is  cooked in a savoury sweet seafood and chicken broth made together with lots of vegetables mushrooms, yam, cabbages and seaweed.

The fresh sea bass fish is grilled to slightly crisp outside and tender moist inside. The golden brown fish is served in a hot pot with a Chongqing-China inspired savory, spicy sauce, it's tasty and delicious.

Their homemade fish paste cakes, prawn paste cakes and tofu are made on the spot in the kitchen upon ordered. When we chewed on it, you can taste the bouncing paste inside our mouth. 

We had a lots of soup but we didn't get thirsty after that, as Stone Age has ensure us that they use fresh natural ingredients and no MSG
