What an auspicious start, a beautiful surrounding, an exquisite dinner, creative dessert to follow...


My latest indulgence dining at Akari Japanese Dining Bar. Our dishes were prepared by Chef Hirotaka Murata from Tokyo who has more than 20 years of culinary experience. Beautiful presentation and very fresh Deluxe Assorted Sashimi.

-Kon-Nyaku Namafu Furodaki Japanese braised yam-jelly with starch and original yuzu flavor miso paste.

-Unagi Ochazuke- Grilled eel with teriyaki sauce

The cubes of sashimi of fish and meats are fresh and succulent.
On the whole it was a wonderful dining experience ranging from the service provided to the quality of the dish.
