Seafood galore at Long Jiang Chinos

Against the backdrop of the panoramic ORTO park view, there are not many places in Singapore where you can have seafood in a nature reserve. With a selection of more than 100 dishes, just to name a few.

The steamed razor bamboo clam is steamed with special black garlic sauce, the secret ingredient for this dish; so its no secret why it tastes so good that you wish you had more.

Their braised pork belly with crispy shredded yam is simply a delightful treat not that I like fatty food but because they use only lean meat which makes it all the perfect dish to have for lunch or dinner.

One of their signatures dish is Sea Bass in Clay Pot Style, with their golden stock, It is literally a piled up of several premium ingredients in a full boil 8 hours that it tastes as good as it looks. The savory blend that brings a sweet aftertaste which only Long Jiang Chinos can bring you and your family during your next meal by the park.
