Shu Jiang Grilled Fish is known for their grilled fish served in six different sauce. Apart from grilled fish, they have other fusion dishes that surely brings flavor to your day.

1. Spanish Fish in Fragrant Soya Bean Sauce
The fish in this dish tastes slightly crispy but not burnt. The ingredients are fermented bean sauce, dry chilli and onion. when soak in the sauce, it makes a good combo with potato cube, red and green chili and minced meat! I like this recommendation very much!


2. Smoke Black Pepper Sauce Prawn.
This popular fusion dish can passed off as non-Asian dish but it's selection of ingredients makes this smoke black pepper dish an Asian concoction! It's mouth-watering and an ideal choice for your evening meal. 


3. Crispy Fish Skin with Salted Egg Yoke
The trick is in the crisp! Salmon fish skin by itself is tasteless and usually thrown away. It deep fried with premixed salted egg yoke. It 'cracks' as you take your first bite.


4. Double boiled nutritious soup.
The Chinese believe double-boiled soups with herbs are exceptionally nutritious, same goes to this soothing dish. It compliments well with any grilled fish or chicken dishes. A must have for all soup lovers!
