A taste of Hang Zhou in Singapore

Xie Feng Bao is a newly established, authentic Chinese restaurant that has its roots planted back at Hang Zhou, which is the capital and most populous city of Zhejiang Province in east China. Mr Lin, who chanced upon Xie Feng Bao when he was in Hang Zhou because he saw a long queue outside the restaurant. Impressed with the different dishes served at Xie Feng Bao, he decided to bring the franchise to Singapore. All the ingredients need to be stir fried, but run into the risk of overcooking. So the skill of the chef is important.

Xie Feng Bao's special dishes are good. Not many places you could find tasty chicken claw. I had the Pork rib, prawn, bean sprout, chicken claw, rice cake, corn, spring onion etc cooked in spicy sauce, perfect with your bowl of rice. Like I mention in my previous blog that it is important to eat healthy too. So bean sprouts which are low in calories, high in fiber and B vitamins, delivers a boost of vitamins C and K into our body. It is that kind of balance we need in our diet. Food for the brain, rice is also important. That's why a hungry man makes an angry man.

I also had the Chili Crab which was rather mediocre dish. The Black Pepper Crab was peppery and spicy.
