Blend It Up with Master Chef Peter Neo!

Welcome to Master Chef Peter Neo's new dining experience. With his 6 months stint in Italy, he managed to master Italian cuisine from an Italian chef . Upon his return, he has created dishes and widely interviewed for his comments. He was invited for food demonstrations and classes, interviews on radio and TV programmes.

I think he is attempting Chinese-Italian fusion with Mix It Up. Sounds like a show on Disney Channel. Haha, yes I am a Disney girl, because I heard everyone who works at Disney Channel are happy all the time! That's also important for our health, ok? Mental is as important as physical when it comes to our well-being.

Back to Master Chef Neo - I had Vongole, aglio olio, samba pasta, risotto, lasagna and pizza. I did not miss any dishes, we just gobble it all up. Hmm, I wonder if Master Chef Peter Neo is a Disney boy. I feel happy here too!

Anyway, lasagna is healthy eating you know right? Generally meat contains nutrients,  A 100 gram portion of raw ground beef contains vitamin B12, B3 (Niacin), B6, iron, zinc, selenium and various other vitamins and minerals. Cheese provides calcium and protein, as well as some vitamin A, B12, riboflavin, zinc and phosphorus. It's a source of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), a fat that may have anti-cancer, weight-reducing, and heart-protective effects!
The Risotto was so well served, It was creamy light, not mushy. He definitely chose the right cheese for this dish. The pasta sauce was made from olive oil, garlic and healthy salt. The taste is natural and delicious. For daily intake of carbo, this would be the number 1 choice for health food!
