Its fragrant and crispy just the way I like it. Did you know 80 000 ducks are consumed a day at Nanjing? It exceeded the likes of the chicken. Anyway, I love this dish very much!

Braised Minced Pork Hot & Spicy Blinds Ball in Brown Sauce
This is not a straight-forward dish to prepare. The name itself suggested the numerous steps necessarily for the minced pork and spicy meat ball. The essence of this dish is round, like the round ball that symbolizes 'unity' or 'togetherness'. The ingredients include ginger, spring onion, oil, coriander, sesame oil, corn flour, egg, light soy sauce, cooking wine, salt, and anise star. I thought the chef did a wonderful job in its presentation, because I can see the round vegetable ball in the middle of the claypot.
