Where Food meets Love at Siam Secret

What's the big secret about Siam? I would say its owner Benny Liu. He runs Siam Secret with passion for he is a zealous boss. You can tell from the dishes he serves.

In Thailand, this dish is called Garden Fish because I think its cooked in varies herbs, and red onions, mango shreds, ginger, lemongrass, lime leaves and cashew nuts. Its deep fried sea bass served with a generous flow of the above.

Deep Fried Chicken Wrapped in Pandanus Leaves (Gai Hor Bai Toey)
I think what makes this popular dish a winner is how well its marinated and cooked in the pandanus leaf. Pandanus leaves can be found almost everywhere in Thailand. Its a well-loved flavoring for many local recipes too.

If you can get the taste of egg yolk in this dish, you know you have reached the heart of this wonderful prawn dish. This is obviously for salted egg and prawn lovers, I'm happen to be one of them!
